ELIGIBILITY
If the student did NOT participate in the most recent Marching Band season, he/she must pay the CCSD Pay-to-Play fee ($25 for middle schoolers & $50 for high schoolers.
Please turn this in to Mr. Foster as soon as possible.
Before students are allowed to compete or perform in an event, they must complete the following MEDICAL INFORMATION FORM and STUDENT INFORMATION FORM
